Low caustic scouring process

Bilanz Scourboost A low caustic scouring process
High alkaline medium and emulsifier is required to removes the natural and man-made impurities present in cellulose. 2 to 3 percentage sodium hydroxide and 0.7 to 1.0 percentage of emulsifier is required to removes the impurities and activate the hydrogen peroxide. This high amount of sodium hydroxide and emulsifier becomes removed by a number of washing cycles and using a high amount of acetic acid is required. No of auxiliaries and basic chemicals becomes increasing the use of water, energy and time as well increased the load of effluent treatment.

Bilanz Scourboost is a blend of alkaline pectinase and dispersant, its unique combination work with at very low dosage of sodium hydroxide without any compromising in wettability and whiteness and brightness. Alkaline pectinase removes the pectin present in primary and secondary wall of cellulose and its dispersant component kept the wax bonded with pectin in disperse foam and never allow redeposition on substrate.

Key feature of Bilanz Scourboost are as follow,
Minimum weight loss and strength loss.
Reduction in washing cycles ensures saving in water, energy and time.
Lowering the effluent load.
As this this product does not required any emulsifier (wetting agent) and peroxide stabilizer for process becomes easy in
  process and minimising the inventory.
