Desizing and Biofading |
| Desizing, Enzyme wash, cleanup, bleaching, and finishing are steps involve in denim washing. Every small step in denim washing makes a big difference because indigo dye has very poor wet & dry rubbing fastness. All parameters are critical to maintain for repetitive results. Increase in no of processes increases the indigo wash off and more tinting becomes a dullness of denim, also deceases productivity. In each process required add supporting chemicals to avoid this indigo wash off and tinting like antibackstaining and lubricant |

| Bilanz Difade is carried two process desizing and bio-wash in one stage. Combine process of desizing and Bio-wash without affecting the desire result saves a lot of energy and process time. Due to one step process, less wash off of indigo and minimum tinting gives the better brightness with stone wash effect. |
