| A high dosage of caustic and peroxide in continuous bleaching range is essential to achieve desire wetting and whiteness in short time treatment. At higher alkaline condition peroxide react with ferric ions comes from steam, raw cotton and processing water causes rapid decomposition of peroxide and also cause catalytic damage to cellulose. |

| Here we introduce Bilanzcontiscour, an enzymatic scouring agent which is work with lower amount of caustic without any change in process parameter. Its unique blend of enzyme, dispersant and emulsifier allow toreducing dosage of caustic by 1/2 to 1/3 and preventing the rapid decomposition done at higher alkaline condition and prevents the catalytic damages to cellulose. |
